			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Kennen Sie sich auf Ihrer Gefühlslandkarte aus? Wissen Sie wo Ihre &#8220;Big Five&#8221; der Gefühle im Körper Ihren Sitz haben?</p>
<p>Ich spreche hier von Trauer, Liebe, Glück, Wut und Eifersucht. Wenn Sie sich auf den Weg zu Ihren Gefühlen und deren Sitz in Ihrem Körper machen, indem Sie zum Beispiel aufmerksam Ihren Körper erspüren, werden Sie sich besser kennenlernen und sie werden somit Zugang zu Ihrer Intuition auf der Hochgeschwindigkeits-Trasse erhalten. Sie müssen dazu nicht stundenlang in unangenehmen Sitzpositionen der verschiedensten Meditationsrichtungen verharren und sich auf das &#8220;Nichts&#8221; fokussieren. Ein Spaziergang durch einen Wald mit alten Baumbeständen und eine Sitzbank dort in der Natur, sind unermesslich wertvolle Andockstationen.</p>
<p>Erkennen Sie Ihre Gefühle, nehmen Sie diese wahr und an. Vergleichen Sie Ihre Gefühlslage mit den Gedankenströmen Ihres Egos. Wieso so traurig heute? Sind Sie absolut sicher, dass Sie jetzt in diesem Augenblick tatsächlich traurig sein müssten? Gaukelt Ihnen Ihr Verstand, sprich Ihr Ego nicht vor, dass Sie etwas verpasst haben? Ich meine, dass es genau in diesem Augenblick keinen Grund zur Trauer gibt, da das traurige Ereignis schon hinter Ihnen liegt. Jetzt ist jetzt. Sie haben jederzeit die Entscheidungsfreiheit, sich aus den Netzen der grossen Gefühlswetterlage zu befreien. Immer. Diesen Arbeitsvorgang nenne ich &#8220;emotionale Genesung&#8221;.</p>
<p>Ach so? Sie meinen, dass Sie dann auch nicht mehr Liebe oder Glück empfinden würden? Nein, dem ist nicht so. Sobald Sie Ihre Gefühlslandkarte lesen und annehmen gelernt haben, werden Sie sich auf einen neu erlebbaren Zustand Ihres Seins begeben. Auf diesem Plateau ruhen Sie in sich und sind an die unermesslichen Reichtümer dieser Einheit angeschlossen. Begeben Sie sich auf den Weg zu sich selbst. Sie werden erleben: es lohnt sich, um Ihretwillen.</p>

<p>If you like to find out <strong>how</strong> you change, you have to be ready for the self-conquest of your inner worlds. Short-, middle- and long-term Meditation is the key to these worlds. Be determined, just breathe (!) and let everything else happen.</p>
<p>I sat a 10 day <a href="http://www.sumeru.dhamma.org/deutsch/willkommen.html">Vipassana Meditation Course</a> at <a href="http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mont_Soleil">Mont-Soleil</a> and I am grateful for the wonders of the world which were revealing themselves as I went on and on.</p>
