Stress and Burn-Out

Yesterday I had the pleasure to meet Radio Doc Dr. Michelle Wright of the “Health Matters” Show broadcasted on World Radio Switzerland located in Geneva. The interview on Stress and Burn-Out provides some insight on Stress, Burn-Out and the way I coach.Geneva Park

Of course I do not want to miss to define stress in my own words: Stress is a biochemical reaction taking place in our body every time we are doing something exciting and new. This is the positive side of stress. Stress reactions can become health threatening if a person is constantly prone to personally perceived stressful situations. If you do not take care of your uniqueness in terms of your physical and psycological well-being at any time, I am thinking that you will eventually experience a mind and body changing crisis, term it Burn-Out or not.

Welcoming first english speaking client

It is my pleasure welcoming my first english speaking client. The coaching facilities prooved to be excellent for enabling change and working on the life-lines project which is part of my method called ‘goa’ in german: ‘ganz ohne Antidepressiva’ which will be in english ‘completely without antidepressants’. Being able to scout people in their Burn-Out crisis is a very rewarding path to walk on. For both the coachee and the coach it takes some momentum to reveal all the hidden treasures which are lying dormant deeply inside of the coachee. This reminds me very much of unpacking a colourfully wrapped X-mas present, just take the time to enjoy opening the gift, unwrap it with care and a feeling of joy. Having an image of being right here and now and just be, from moment to moment.  This leaves me to wish you all a happy floating moment.
